Upload more document types on M1 Macs
Performance improvements to data fetching from Instinctive Notes servers
Fix camera aspect and cropping for uploaded attachements
Add character count to Medical Alerts to assist with text length limits when sending to Cliniko
Allow notes to be deleted from Instinctive Notes App if they are deleted from Instinctive Notes servers
Provide better refresh of history when processing No Note appointments
